Added a plugin mention to Plugins to export markdown content.md. The 2nd bullet point, which links to Straightforward-Obsidian-to-Latex.md (a note that contains the github repo of the plugin). This repo is not a plugin per-se, since it is written in Python.

Checklist

• new notes have the .md extension

If it's not a plugin, then I think it should go in to "Auxiliary Tools"
