Update coccinelle 1.2.0

Initially, coccinelle was released as 1.2 version. Later, it was renamed to 1.2.0 for consistency with other releases. 1.2.tar.gz package is no longer available on the releases page, now it's 1.2.0.tar.gz

I renamed the package. However, it may be better just to update the link.z

Can you check if the old tarball is available in one of the caches? See https://github.com/ocaml/opam-repository/wiki/FAQ#how-to-find-lost-archives-of-packages

We don't update packages unless we can check from the previous tarballs that the content has not changed, and if that is available somewhere it may be easier to upload it as release artifact or to add it to the opam-source-archives repository, and then link it from there
