This should fix #10. The linux build script now outputs a combined static library named:
onnxruntime-linux_x86_64-static-combined.a.Unlike the MacOS build script, I have found that the Linux library requires the addition of the
pytorch_cpuinfo-build/deps/clog/libclog.aand/pytorch_cpuinfo-build/libcpuinfo.alibraries to the combined onnxruntime library.
