the previous release specified oidc_op_jwks_endpoint and oidc_op_logout_endpoint outside of endpoint_config

@sergei-maertens I found out about this after the merge yesterday, two endpoint fields were specified outside of the endpoint_config key, so I made a patch release to ensure all endpoints are grouped together: https://github.com/maykinmedia/mozilla-django-oidc-db/blob/master/tests/setupconfig/files/full_setup.yml#L19-L20
