This doesn't need to be done in this PR, but how hard would it be to include text (either as tool tip or next to the icon) describing each of the icon actions? Sometimes I click on a thing and am not sure what it does. |

Context
The Vue Icon library that the UI library uses has been updated as well as my helper library. To stay current with new changes this migrates all Icon deps to the latest library.
