This PR:

  • Adds hyphenat package
  • Gives example of how to customize hyphenation in the writing guidelines, as it is too common to have CS names that have no hyphenation rules in the default LaTeX Texlive distro.

I am not sure this has ever been a problem for me. To be honest, I felt a bit overwhelmed by this package. What did we again try to solve here?

It's one of those "good to haves", so I understand the ambivalence; it solves having to rewrite a sentence because of a CS term (e.g., tool names, etc) is not broken up correctly and protrudes in the margins outside the text area.

We can also close this PR and add it as/if the need arises per paper.

I've changed my mind on this, I had to edit a paper a couple of times for minor errors (typos, etc) and I had multiple instances where I had to fight hyphenations due to a change in letter/word count in a line:

2024-09-27-124457_615x616_scrot
2024-09-30-113821_613x609_scrot

I don't want to be in a paper rash and have to resolve these things multiple times.
The usage is rather straightforward and one-off.
