After openconfig/gribigo#249 has been approved and merged into the gribigo repository, I updated the go.mod files by using "go get github.com/openconfig/gribi@latest" and "go get github.com/openconfig/gribigo@latest" and then ran make buildfile to update the repositories.bzl and WORKSPACE.
After that, I ran bazel clean --expunge and make load to make sure the latest changes can be compiled into the bazel cache.
