Add course name to tables and charts without them on the Run Metrics tab of the Course Comparison Dashboard

User Story
As a Course Delivery Team member or Course Administrator, I want to be able to view both the course name and course run for each row in a table or bar in a chart on the Run Metrics tab of the Course Comparison Dashboard, so that there is no confusion about what data I'm looking at (especially if my organization has a pattern of giving runs less specific names).

Acceptance Criteria
Scenario: Each row in a table or bar in a chart is labeled with both the course name and run name on the run metrics tab of the course comparison dashboard
Given I am a user with permissions to view the Course Comparison Dashboard
When I view this dashboard's Run Metrics tab
Then I see both the Course Name and Course Run information for each row in a table or bar in a graph (see Notes for specific updates that need to be made)

Notes

1. The Enrollment Counts table has been updated to include the Course Name to each row either as a new column to the right of the Course Run column (if possible) or by adding it to the Course Run information (Course Name, Run Name)
2. The Learner Performance Breakdown Chart has been updated to add the Course Name to the Y-Axis labels (Course Name, Run Name)
