Adds Diagnosis concepts (and associated mappings) for: mpox, chickenpox, and influenza, schistosomiasis and helminthiasis, leishmaniasis, leptospirosis, and ascariasis, visceral leishmaniasis, cutaneous leishmaniasis, sleeping sickness, cryptococcal meningitis, and mycetoma.

The reason for the jump in versions from v9 to v13 is simply because I released several versions with these changes over the last few days as I found additional diagnoses to add. ...Will try not to do this in the future.
