Removes system index descriptors to fix security tests

Description

Removes system index descriptors.

NOTE: this is not a complete fix.
Complete fix will be to wrap the calls to system index with

try (StoredContext ctx = threadContext.stashContext()) {
    // Interact with system index here
}

Closing as it is determined that system index are not handled correctly in ISM. All calls to ISM registered system indices must be wrapped with stashContext().
