This PR manually incorporates and fixes the issues with the following PRs, opened by Konflux, to update go.mod dependencies:

• Update github.com/openshift/api digest to f5b09d1 #5645
• Update github.com/golang/groupcache digest to 2c02b82 #5644
• Update github.com/openshift/cloud-credential-operator digest to db5f253 #5648
