Replica中存放Broker的完整資訊會導致Replica乘載過多的資訊量，所以我們應該將其簡化成 broker id

related to #1789

@garyparrot 這隻PR應該可以緩減一些 Replica#hashCode的問題，然後我會再發一隻 PR 來重新調整 Broker的資料結構，避免重複存放大量 tp 的資料
