GitHub Actions で送信しているデータと重複しているため
msbuild.rsp は GitHub Actions でのビルド時にも適用されてしまうためリポジトリに直接含めない
デフォルトでは自動生成された develop ブランチとのマージコミットをチェックアウトしている
DebugType=None を指定すると AltCover によるコードカバレッジの計測ができなくなるため
