This PR expands the PILER-CR parser of the CRISPR array detection to extract, store and output repeats and spacers.
Repeats & spacers are written to JSON, GFF3 and TSV outputs, only, since INSDC does not have dedicated feature keys to represent these features (please do reach out to me, if I missed something here).
