…lling people to use XRootD 5.5.0 or newer.
- xrootd-cmstfc is available in osg-contrib in all supported OSG versions - fetch-crl is a timer on EL9 too - there is no cmsd in xrootd-standalone, and the log files are in /var/log/xrootd/standalone
- there is also a cmsd-privileged@clustered service - the service names and systemctl commands are the same for all supported distros - fix file locations
