Ubuntu Installing DevTools

We show you how to install various programming langauges, devtools and web browsers on Ubuntu.
sudo apt-get install git
curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/creationix/nvm/v0.31.0/install.sh | bash
nvm install stable
curl -sSL https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable
rvm install 2.3.1
Python 2
and Python 3
come pre-installed on Ubuntu Desktop.
The most popular web browsers used by developers are Chrome/Chromium and Firefox Developer Edition.
Installing Chromium:
sudo apt-get install chromium-browser
Installing Firefox Developer Edition:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-mozilla-daily/firefox-aurora
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install firefox
