Display progress during iterations

The user tends to want some reassurance that the ICP is actually working. Providing an option to update the display each iteration and / or adding a progress bar would be solutions for this.

Never mind, redraws can be set under "redraw iterations" in the user preferences.

Did I really do that? I must have blacked out during that coding ha ha.
Restructuring it as a modal operator to allow redraws was a chore.

I'm not sure that I actually implemented it.

Ok, I just pushed a new branch with a redraw version of the operator. We will test and refine a bit, then merge with master and close this issue.
