Workaround to admin rights and Path issues #50

If you need a temporary workaround to the path issue with Rtools that can affect the compile statement, use the following command in Rstudio:

Sys.setenv(PATH=paste0(Sys.getenv("PATH"),";C:\Rtools\bin\"))
