Added support for macOS UI integration using new java.awt.Desktop APIs introduced with Java 9.

It is worth noting that jGAF remains fully compatible with Java 8; jgaf-2.4.0.jar is compiled using JDK 8.

In other words, you can now use jGAF with JRE 8, 9, 11, etc.
