test PR 3: combination of test PR 1 and PR 2

  • reuse source IDs for feature IDs, thus avoiding random changes of IDs between run
  • fix for random ordering of attributes in SortableFeature's encoded value
  • rework/adjustment of SortableFeature sorting to take into account also value when key is the same

Since updatepr action does not work here for now, at least "small report":

  1. with 0.6-SNAPSHOT from main branch, two runs, whole planet:
