Our hiring process was frustrating for me because we were receiving applications only from men. I believe in the importance of having a diverse team and I want to help underrepresented groups, specially women, find jobs in tech. I asked the internet for help on a tweet and the reaction was beautiful (and intense). Here's a list of resources and things I learned in the process.
Please, contribute what's missing (this is not meant to be a comprehensive list) respect the spirit of this repo, use it to encourage more underrepresented groups to join your team, don't forget to post in these networks to make the tech sector a better place.
"Women (cis and trans), non-binary people (optionally include trans men if you're ok with that)"
Please make sure you read Kim Crayton's thread on how best to approach this process.
