No code changes, but:
- dropped KSM (battery usage increase)
- Updated compiler (GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain 9-2020-q2-update)
- TCP default changed to westwood as per last-year's releases. Westwood supposedly gives higher average on lossy networks.
