Fixes #127
Adds tests for theories, specifications and user guides that begin with empty lines or comments. For theories this is only a problem if the first formula has a prefix, i.e. negation or quantification. For programs I did not find any cases where an empty line or comment as the beginning leads to an error.
Modifying the respective rule by adding
(WHITESPACE | COMMENT)? ~
as a prefix fixes this issue.
