This is the perfSONAR configuration roll for the PRAGMA perfSONAR mesh.

This works with the perfSONAR roll

Current features:

• Sets sysctl tcp parameters to reasonable defaults for 1GbE, 300ms delay-product networks

Expected new features:

• Automatically download mesh configuration JSON from the Indiana Maddash server
• Copy measurements to a central archive for safe-keeping (location: TBD)
