Internal name ScoreTracker

Following are the features:

• After match both the teams can enter their final Score with individual Player Names.
• Data didn't submit until both the teams will enter their Score and Player Names.
• Results are updated after every match on Leaderboard.
• Leaderboard shows top 10 teams according to their scores.
• If two teams have same score they are on the same rank.
• Application supports Desktop as well as Mobile view.

Project build using Python's Django framework with SQLite3 as Database.
