Add possibility to print c-core and cpp chat logs in Unreal.
Make get_user happen only once during Chat_Init.
Clean up cmake.
Small fixes for Linux compilation.

Approved as for unlocking logging at all in this SDK but we need to make a closer look around all our SDKs in case of proper logging.

Yes, this is not implementation of the correct Logger that could be used by our customers. It's more a debug tool for us, to be able to print logs from c-core and/or cpp chat in Unreal Engine.
