• Go to https://github.com/dvzrv/cmsis-pack-manager/actions
• Select CI Build Wheel workflow on the left side.
• On the right side you should see "This workflow has a workflow_dispatch event trigger.". Click on the drop-down Run workflow, select dvzrv/update_maturin branch in for Use workflow from parameter and click on the green button Run workflow. See also GitHub documentation (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/manually-running-a-workflow) if the instructions are not clear.

The Continuous Integration action (https://github.com/pyocd/cmsis-pack-manager/actions/workflows/ci.yml) only runs on different versions of Python on Ubuntu. The CI Build Wheel builds for many different targets.
