chore: improve landing rate in examples #2162

This PR incorporates some best practices in the solana examples to achieve better tx landing rate.
It will solve some issues like:

TransactionExpiredTimeoutError: Transaction was not confirmed in 30.00 seconds. It is unknown if it succeeded or failed. Check signature 5jedawNwhv5AuHzA4q97xko7W9FyifQvUDP61xS5rKBJ3iSxvTMKA5XqzY5ng82yAUawsaQgEjWjSi3fL3T9k8es using the Solana Explorer or CLI tools.
