@hugovk @JelleZijlstra @ezio-melotti @encukou We'd like to merge this initial demonstration of a new organization for the Contributor's Guide. The devguide is untouched, the new content is all in a new last section. We'll continue to iterate on the new content after merging. There's a page explaining the process, which to be fair can be a little confusing, but I hope we can get this merged so that it's easier for people to see it, think about it, comment on it, and help.
