Update Docs: Apply layout to all pages

Updated the feature description to the Docs of Qgis 3.40. Rearragned the 'Exclude page from export' item to the bottom so it matches with the GUI.

The Page properties dialog screenshot should be updated as well, since it doesn't have this button yet.

Yes, I will like to do it. The issue is that I haven't figure out yet how to upload the image properly to the repo. Sorry 😅
Could you be so kind to guide me or at least point me to an easy guide?

Also I haven't found if there's any guideline towards fonts or dimensions of the screenshot. I made this one with Ubuntu font since Windows fonts look rather small.

Is this ok?

We have some light guidelines at https://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/documentation_guidelines/writing.html#managing-screenshots. Nothing more.

To add the screenshot:

1. Go to the target folder: https://github.com/DidierAlonso/QGIS-Documentation/tree/patch-2/docs/user_manual/print_composer/img
2. Top right, there is an "Add files --> Upload files" menu you can use. Name the file(s) the same so they are overwritten.
3. Commit in the branch

Maybe should we consider adding such instructions (or one from github) in the step-by-step contribution page...
