We now have a Quick Start based on a more complete template (quant-aq/aeromancy-project-template#3). It provides a guided tour of the basic components, but the current draft is still missing instructions on how to actually run experiments. Other docs have been reorganized a bit and "customizing.md" has been pulled out of "scaffolding.md".
