Automatically empty buckets in Lambda examples #4453

Description

Currently, when destroying the stacks the buckets cannot be removed before emptying them manually. This PR improves the makefile to perform the bucket clean up automatically

How was this PR tested?

Tested on both HDFS and mock data stack
