Description
Add the ability to disable ingest v1 for projects such as Airmail or Cicada. This removes several metastore calls (
index _metadatato spawn the pipeline,list_splitsto spawn the merge pipeline, etc.).How was this PR tested?
Compared output for logs with and without en var.
