Anatolian Wild Ass Specific adaptations

This repo contains the pairwise MKT analysis described in Özkan et al. (2023)

Snakefile: obtaining consensus fasta sequences from the De novo variant call set.
mMKT.py: Calculating the pairwise (Dn/Ds)/(Pn/Ps) values between Anatolian, Asian and African donkeys.
esek.R: Calculating the PMK statistics.
