Removes
ipfs-http-client, a deprecated package used to upload files to IPFS directly. The package was mentioned to have a critical security threat.IPFS_SERVICE=ipfsis no longer supportedFunctionality should remain the same for other services.
Also updates all of rair-stream's packages
