This enables them to be tested on a single-cluster setup.
This enables testing of customizations overriding an empty config for namespace labels and annotations.
This helps differentiate them in end-to-end-tests for target customizations.
This should prevent conflicts with the case where defaults are provided.

This simplifies the example for namespace target customization, enabling it to run against a local cluster.
It also adds an example with target customization without default namespace labels nor annotations.
