Update GraphCDN extension - retitle to "Stellate (formerly GraphCDN)" + cache w/ hook

Description

• Retitle from "GraphCDN" to "Stellate (formerly GraphCDN)"
• No longer shows config of services due to API changes 😔
• Add CHANGELOG
• Add metadata image

Further Dev changes:

• move api calls to separate file
• node-fetch has not been replaced with useFetch as we might need it in the future
