CSS related issues in Readium 1

Here is a list of open issues related to CSS and layout in Readium (Readium-shared-js and Readium-js-viewer repos).
We’d better take those issues into account during development since they may be relevant at some point (we’ll probably come across some of those issues too, even though they’re sometimes related to JS in R1).
