Bumps biometric to 1.4.0-alpha03
Bumps Navigation (navigation-ui-ktx & navigation-fragment-ktx) to 2.8.9
Bundles navigation-ui-ktx & navigation-fragment-ktx into navigationKtx

Tested:

Navigation all over the app (Mainpage, ResultPage & settings)
Biometric auth on/off & login


          Bump biometric & navigation Libs

This PR is good, but when testing this I found a bootloop crash from what I believe is #1430
