Added release-drafter-config.yml and release-drafter.yml to automate release notes generation
Added dependabot configuration
all YAML file names should have the same extension because of reasons
renamed cicd to integration as it is confusing (particularly not taking part in the CD part, as it is handled by another set of scripts)
