Improvements to the testing bits

• Changed the way the test-containers log container logs
• Changed the log level for the test-containers bits (temporary, so we can see why they sometimes fail)
• Added tags to Integration / unit and api-generator tests
• Verified running tests with the tags and Maven results in the same number of tests failing/running/being skipped
