added 3 new cluster engine methods and one new blast radius type #555

the three new cluster engine methods are shuffle half (makes splits the list in half then shuffles those two halfs and then combining them back together) interleave (interleave that the first byte of the first element is followed by the first byte of the second element and so on and so forth) and finally skipper (Skipper skips every other byte in the list and then fills the skipped bytes with the first byte of the list)
the new blast radius type is called incremental (in a random order it blasts the next domain in the list 20% more than the previous )

creates a random order of domains and then blasts the domains in that order but blasts the next domain 20% more than the previous
