RPG build rpm process works

The documentation was added + rpm is generated in right directory.

RPG just works

RPG is able to load project dir / tarball or url, do C, Python and CMake analysis and build SRPM with possibility to upload it to COPR. All process could be done from GUI being able to add manually new requirements etc.
