Provide an alternative timer finished sound

This is the same sound as in the original timer_finished.wav file, but it plays 2 times in the audio file, and the volume of the file itself was amplified.
When used with

    --timer-finished-wav 'sounds/timer_finished_alternative.wav' \
    --timer-finished-wav-repeat 3 3 \

it provides a timer experience much more similar to what you get from Google Home and such, take a listen:
