This a an extension for the phpBB forums software. This extension adds a textbox at the top of the forum. The text in the box can set in ACP.
Copy all files from this repository to ext/rinsrans/textbox
Navigate to ACP -> Customise -> Extension Management -> Extensions and enable this extension.
