* Optimize `load_to_int` * Make `load_to_int` reject float values with fractional parts (e.g. '2.7') * Update tests, need to add more thorough ones
* cleanup `TODO`s in codebase * simplify how we check for `TypedDict` subclasses
* refactor to move `is_builtin_class`, I realized we're only using it within one module
* update docstrings for models.py * fix minor bug in object_path.py
* Add Aware and UTC Date/Times, need to add tests
