Redefining CMAKE_INSTALL_PYTHONDIR if it is already defined as a relative library results in its value being prepended with the current working directory (see robotology/robotology-superbuild#1519), that is not what a users would expect.
Fix robotology/robotology-superbuild#1519 (but no tag is required as we added robotology/robotology-superbuild#1526 directly in the superbuild).
