Increasing version of package(s) in repository jskeus to 1.2.1-1:

jskeus

* .travis-osx.sh: need install make by brew (#535 <https://github.com/euslisp/jskeus/issues/535>)
* try to run more irt tests on arm machine (#533 <https://github.com/euslisp/jskeus/issues/533>)
  * ubuntu_arm64:trusty takes more than 50 min, so skip irteus-demo.l

Just curious, what changed between 1.2.1-0 and 1.2.1-1? Also I see this was released with

/usr/bin/bloom-release -y --skip-pip jskeus --track melodic --rosdistro melodic

But I don't see the --skip-pip option in bloom. Is this a custom version of bloom? What does that option do?

we have some regression on latest catkin and fixed on release repository since the jskeus package is non-catkin package and we add CMakeLists.txt and package.xml as a patch from release repository. tork-a/euslisp-release#16

--skip-pip is proposed in ros-infrastructure/bloom#412, sometimes our package depends on pip-installed library and we do not want to remove them for those who actively develop on the source tree, but at the same me time we want to release as deb package for everyone. The jskeus do not uses pip, but I always add these options when I run bloom
