Increasing version of package(s) in repository camera_info_manager_py to 1.0.0-1:

* Ros2 (#2 <https://github.com/clearpathrobotics/camera_info_manager_py/issues/2>)

This is still being discussed in #43325

We would definitely like this merge to go ahead, as it will unblock the release of the axis_camera driver later on.
