it goes to https://discord.com/invite/rootstock-842021106956238848, but I'm not sure this page is in use cos I can't find any link to it on the devportal except you go there directly and this is what it looks like: https://devportal-git-replace-slack-links-iov-labs-mkt.vercel.app/grants/follow-up
